[CSC 315] Issues on Anvil

If you respond to one of my comments on Anvil and you want me to act on 
it, you have to REASSIGN the issue to me.  I see e-mails about people 
responding to comments, but when I go into Anvil there are no issues for 
me to view.  Normally I would try to track down the issue in the 
database and reassign it to myself  -- but with almost 50 students 
submitting issues that isn't going to happen.
