[CSC 315] Homework Comments

I finished grading the homeworks and generally the class did very well 
over the problems I chose to grade.  A few things are worth noting:

1. There are some transformations that are commutative -- like multiple 
scalings, or even scaling and rotation.  However, we demonstrated in 
class that translation and rotation are NOT commutative.

2. For the displayport transformation, it was possible to build a single 
transformation matrix from the individual translation, scale, and 
translation matrices. Many of you just applied the three matrices, but 
did not try to build the one transformation matrix.
