I finished grading the homeworks and generally the class did very well
over the problems I chose to grade. A few things are worth noting:
1. There are some transformations that are commutative -- like multiple
scalings, or even scaling and rotation. However, we demonstrated in
class that translation and rotation are NOT commutative.
2. For the displayport transformation, it was possible to build a single
transformation matrix from the individual translation, scale, and
translation matrices. Many of you just applied the three matrices, but
did not try to build the one transformation matrix.
