[CSC 315] OpenGL Man Pages

So I did a deep dive early this morning trying to find the OpenGL man 
pages on Ubuntu.  They are spotty and not nearly as complete as those 
found under RedHat/Rocky/Arch, etc.   I used to have a complete set of 
OpenGL/GLU/GLUT man pages converted to HTML.  I will try to find those 
and place them on my web server so you can quickly look things up while 
working on code.
