I have talked to some of you this weekend that
are working on the second project and struggling a bit. It is
not an easy project. Be sure and use whatever I gave you in the
"brot" repository (modifying it of course for C++ if you
desire). Here are some other recommendations.

To make the tree, draw a full circle of
points, eliminate the points you don't want, and then offset
the points to the right. Then to that array/vector add the
remaining points of the tree.

Get all of the transformations working
using what I gave you as a starting point for modification

Remember that your tesselations have to get
transformed too.

Do clipping LAST - but make sure you have
at least two "development days" to get clipping done properly.

While I know that some of you are done with
the transformations and are working on tesselations, I don't
think anybody has gotten to the part of clipping yet. I want
you to do well on this project -- so I am going to extend the
deadline by one week. The second project will be due on
midnight of October 31st. This will also give me enough
time to get your graded first project back to you proir to you
turning in a second project.

By the way -- some of you did not create an
issue for me to grade your first project on Anvil -- or you may
have created the issue but did not assign it to me. Please make
sure that that the issue was created and that it was assigned to
me. I get grumpy when I have to dig through the thousand or so
projects stored on Anvil looking for things to grade...

Keep the questions coming.
