[CSC 330] Git Bash for Windows

I noticed that several of you were working on your own Windows based
system for your code development.  That is fine if you have all of the
compilers installed locally.  If you want to interact directly with
anvil from your own system then I recommend you install git-bash for
Windows.

https://gitforwindows.org/

It will give you a bash terminal window similar to cobra and let you use
the scp command to move files to and from cobra (I may make a tutorial
about this later).  You can also use it a local unix terminal from which
you can log into cobra via ssh.

There are sevaral other tools for connecting to cobra, but if you need
graphical X-windows (like for using the gedit editor on cobra) then I
recommend getting a copy of MobaXterm

https://mobaxterm.mobatek.net/

I am assuming that those of you that are trying to use VSCode know
enough to get it running -- but I won't be much help for you.  I have
tried many editors in my life and good old vim, with a small number of
extensions, is super powerful while still being lightweight and fast.
It's kinda like the Genie in Aladdin... "Phenomenal editing power, in an
itty-bitty memory space!"
