[CSC 330] Cobra Still Down

Because cobra is still offline and likely will not be back online until 
tomorrow,  we will not be able to complete our in-class work tomorrow.  
I am therefore cancelling class for Tuesday November 11.

I will alert the class as soon as I know that cobra is back online and 
stable.
