[CSC 330] Anvil Notifications

[Andrew J. Pounds]

After a six week hiatus and a few days of working with Mercer IT, it 
looks like the notification features from Anvil are now working again.  
If you have your e-mail notifications set up properly you should receive 
e-mails when you or members of your projects make new commits or perform 
changes to the projects.
