[CSC 330] Memory Allocation

I'm seeing some large memory allocations on cobra -- presumably for 
collatz.  As stated in class -- if you try to allocate a massive data 
structure (like to hold 500 million integers) I will not grade your code.

You only need to keep up with 20 integers (the number and its collatz 
sequence length).  That is a TINY amount of memory.
