[CSC 330] Enzyme Kinetics Textbook Error

Please note that in Chapter 10, example 10.1 the Dixon plot has an error 
in it.  If you compare what is in equation 10.13 to what is actually 
plotted, the slope of the line is 1/Vmax, not just Vmax
