As we discussed in class, since you will be
seeing Rust for the first time next week, I like to allow for
one week between the introduction of a language and an
assignment due date. For that reason we will be moving the due
date for the screen reformatting assignment from November 2 to
November 9th. The online project description reflects
this change.

You should have stubs in place already for reading files in
Fortran, Ada, Lisp, Cobol, and Julia. The harder part is
formatting the files for printing!

You should prompt the user for the filename (which is easy)
rather than trying to bring the filename in on the command line.
That will make it easy for you to have all of your codes run in a
consistent manner. I did not mention this in the program
assignment -- but let us implement that change now. We will use
command line input in a future assignment.
