<p>Class -- I have been working through some of the diffusion repos
and encountered several instances where the C++ and Fortran codes
would not compile on cobra - or would give errors about missing
libraries. <br>
</p>
<p>I think this is mainly happening for folks that are using Visual
Studio -- but I cannot be sure of that. <br>
</p>
<p>PLEASE do the following for me. Make a <b>fresh clone</b> of
your repo to cobra and then try to compile and run your code --
OUTSIDE OF ANY 3RD PARTY IDE. <b>Make sure that you are using
the GCC 12.2.0 compiler suite.</b> If you see a compile or
runtime error FIX IT and re-push your code. I am going to pause
my grading until Thursday night. If you do have to make a change
in your code please amend your anvil "grade me" issue so I will
know to pull a fresh copy of your code before I continue my
grading.</p>
