Okay -- I am starting to get questions about the project (about time
since its due on Friday). Anyway -- one thing that is REALLY important
and that you can easily check is if your model is conservative with
respect to the number of particles you introduced into the system.

This should be easy to check. Before you start your first iteration add
up the values of all the cells in the room (it should be equal to the
initial number of particles you introduced into the room). At the end
of your calculation (or as you calculation proceeds) again add up all
the values from the cells in the room. If you find that this number is
significantly smaller than or greater than your initial value then your
model is not behaving physically. I will be checking this when I run
your code -- and exacting a pretty strong penalty if you model behaves
this way.

As I have said before -- wrong answers faster is not a good thing.....
