[CSC 335] BoxCar Filter Size

  I forogot who asked me about this last week -- but I want to make sure 
we are all on the same page.

Your boxcar filters sizes should be odd.   For that reason if you are 
given an even number in the input file for the filter size, go ahead and 
add 1 to it to take it to the next larger odd integer.
