[CSC 335] Plotting On Cobra

  I rebuilt the pgplot distribution after class today on cobra so that 
you can now plot directly to an X-window (or use postscript, png, HPGL, 
and several other output types).  I also placed my "graph" subroutine 
into a library so any of you can call it in your programs.

If any of you are interested in trying it out drop me an e-mail and I'll 
provide more info.
