[CSC 335] Complex Number Operations in C/C++

For those of you coding in C and C++, you will need to do some complex 
number work on both HW6 and also in project 2.  I have added some links 
to the class webpage in the REFERENCE section (look in the C/C++ 
language section) related to complex numbers.  At first glance the C++ 
STL seems like it will be the easiest to implement.
