[CSC 335] tridiagonal solver

I was asked by Tapas to provide an example of how to call the 
tridiagonal solver in LAPACK.  In /pub/pounds/CSC335 on cobra I have 
placed a program called tridiag.f90 that demonstrates this.

Instructions on how to compile are found in the code.
