[CSC 335] Project 1 Description

Per our discussion in class I made a few modifications to the Project 1 
description found online.  To be brief, the big changes are...

1. The due date is now Wednesday (10/30) at midnight.
2. I updated what goes in the input file -- look at the filter type, 
size, and integration type
3. I modified the document to say that we would do filtering in a cyclic 
manner at the endpoints
4. I included updated output that includes the peak max and location

The new document is now on the website.  Let me know if you have any 
questions.
