[CSC 335] Savitzky-Golay Filtering

As a part of project one you have to implement Savitzky-Golay
filtering. To tighten this up, I want you to allow for both 5 point and
11 point smoothing (we will talk about how to modify your input file to
handle this). Here is the link to the seminal paper that describes this
filter process.
