Guys -- I should be back on Friday. I am about to leave again for
Alabama and should return to Macon after midnight tonight. I hope to
have everything corrected on your homeworks by tomorrow's class, but
there is a chance that I may not depending on what is required of me in
the morning. I really haven't been in a place mentally or physically to
work on them since my last e-mail to you.
To be safe I would like to move your exam to next Wednesday (October
2nd). That should five us plenty of time to get things straightened out
before the exam.
Class tomorrow will focus on finishing up our cubic spline talk (with
examples) and me showing you how to use the numerical libraries that are
installed on cobra for solving tridiagonal systems. Because I have had
to be gone so much, I will also extend the due date for HW set 3 to the
Monday following fall break (Oct 7) at 5 pm.
See you guys tomorrow afternoon.
