Matthew Schnider found the little bug I introduced in do loop 50 of the 
nspline subroutine.  Needs to index to N, not N-1.

While we were playing a lot with the loc function, I want to caution you 
from doing a lot with it unless you are certain about what you are 
doing.  There are several assumptions made about what is being fed to 
that function and unless you know what is going on you are going to find 
yourself in a sea of segfaults.

Now, feel free to use this code to answer the homework problems. You 
will have to make some modifications to it to handle the clamped cubic 
spline, but I think you can figure that out.
