Okay, I cleaned up HW2 a bit so that the section problems folded into

I'll help as I can.  This is where some of you start to really need to 
start writing some code -- and using cobra.  Many of these problems are 
borderline trivial if you will take the time to write the code to use 
the various methods we have discussed in class.
