[CSC 335] A Fortran Self-Study Guide

I was asked after class if I had any good references for Fortran.  There
are THOUSANDS online, but I really like this one I found from Cambridge
that covers the basics of modern fortran for numerical computing.

Once I start showing examples in class using C/Java/Fortran you will
also start to pick up some of the language features.
