[CSC 335] Anvil Issues after Update

Good morning everyone.   While I was working on Anvil last night I
started getting HTTP 500 errors when trying to access submitted
issues.   This appears to be a problem related to an update to the
Gitlab code that was applied on Anvil yesterday.  Jesse is aware of the
problem and is trying to fix it.

I will let everyone know once it is resolved.
