[CSC 335] Godsey Access

I have only received 12 account applications for access to the linux 
systems in GSC 218.  If you don't want an account that is fine, but if 
you do want an account please fill out the form ASAP.  It is much easier 
to create all the accounts in one batch -- and I would like to do that 
this afternoon.
