[CSC 335] Section 7.2, Project 1, and Project 2

When you work the problems in section 7.2 only focus only on calculating
the eigenvalues.  We ONLY need the primary eigenvalue to calculate the
spectral radius.  The eigenvectors are useful for other things -- but I
really don't have the time to dive into them right now.  Explaining
concepts of linear independence and bases that span the eigenspace is
not something I want to do before your upcoming test.

Despite all of the problems with Anvil, cobra, and limited access, I am
wading through the projects.  Anvil is no longer sending e-mails
(working on that).  I am making comments in your repos on anvil but am
having to send e-mails to you after the fact to check anvil.  I hope to
finish my first pass tonight and will have comments to you via anvil/canvas.

Homework 6 generally looked good so we are on track for our test on
Friday.  I am planning on tomorrow being a workday for the project 2.  I
spoke to several students today that had not even started the second
part of the project.  Since I want you to have more time to ask
questions about the project I have moved the project 2 due date to the
29th.  That will open up this weekend and Monday for question.   I will
do a short lecture on the first part of chapter 10 on Monday.
