[CSC 335] Sample Output

This morning I hardcoded the IP address for Anvil into cobra so you
should now be able to clone, commit, push, etc. from cobra.
I also put some sample output on theochem. PLEASE NOTE -- the location
of the peak in my output is based on the top of the peak. I believe I
asked you to do the peak location based on the average of the average of
the beginning and end points.
