Guys -- I know that some of you expressed an
interest in using my graphing routine to help you see what was
happening with your polynomials. This morning I recompiled the
PGPLOT graphics library so that it could be used with gfortran on
cobra -- I guesss you could use it with C too -- but I haven't
tried that.

Anyway, the subroutine is called graph.f and it is in the
/pub/pounds/CSC335 directory on cobra. The code itself contains
the directions on how to use it and compile it. I also included
the ability to make a myriad of output files (xwindows for
immediate display, postscript and png for inclusion in
documents). Most of you will want the xwindows to be your default,
so follow the directions in the subroutine to set up your shell so
that is the case.

Please let me know if you find it useful (or if you have problems
with it).
