That's right -- you do not have the equation (otherwise you would
not need to take the derivative numerically). As we saw with the
interpolating polynomials (and Taylor polynomials) the terms
including the greek letter xi are estimates of the error in the
calculation. You do not need to calculate it for this problem.<br>
