<p>So since we are just about to finish up numerical integration, I
will move the project due date to November 10 (one week
extension). By this stage of the game you should be able to...</p>
<ol>
<li>read the data</li>
<li>find the TMS peak and shift the data on the X axis<br>
</li>
<li>filter with boxcar or SG</li>
<li>set the baseline</li>
<li>fit the filtered data to a cubic spline</li>
<li>find the locations of all the peaks based on where they
intersect the baseline<br>
</li>
</ol>
<p>Theoretically you are also in a position to employ Newton-Cotes,
Composite, or Romberg integration, but I don't want to assume too
much...<br>
