HW 3 on the class web page and also gave you two data files to
play with for the NMR project.</font></p>
<p><font face="serif">Please note that I will be grading your code
using several data files that range in size from just under one
thousand data pairs up to ten thousand data pairs. Please plan
accordingly as you write your code -- segfaults on final
submissions go into the gradebook as zeros. <br>
