[CSC 415] Web Pages

Guys -- the web pages for CSC 415 are up -- but they are far from useful 
at this time.  The only thing out there that will probably be of 
interest to you are the OpenGL guides.  Please see if you can open 
them.  I had some issues opening the Programming guide.  I'll put more 
content out there over the next few days.
