[CSC 415] Preproposal Processing

When I tried to pdflatex your preproposal.tex file from the svn server I 
got errors. 

! LaTeX Error: File `simulation_window' not found.

! LaTeX Error: File `data_window' not found.

! LaTeX Error: File `control_window' not found.
