[CSC 415] Web Page Update

Steve and Marquisse -- I made some pretty significant updates to the CSC
415 web pages.  All of these changes were made in the REFERENCE section.

1. You can now access the documentation and manual for Gnuplot from the
web page (still looking for an HTML version). 

2. The COMPLETE documentation for OpenDX is now available in Web
Format.  I also have posted three PDF of manuals dating back to the
original IBM DataExplorer.  These could be useful.  (Somewhere I have
training videos that I used to show at Georgia Tech -- I think they are
on Betamax!)

3. Updated a few links with more up to date information.
