[CSC 415] CSC 415: Pendulum Project

The example of how to do multiple windows was in my ancient tank game 
code on github

As far has how to plot the phase space diagram, just crate a 2D 
projection and convert theta and the derivative of theta into x-y 
coordinates using the standard equations (somthing like x=r cos(theta) , 
y = r sin(theta))
