[CSC 415] Bear Force One Repo

[Andrew J. Pounds]

As you may have noticed, the Bear Force One repo was created yesterday
with the stub "bfo".   Both Lauren and Jarrett are repo masters and will
be in charge of handling the merge requests to the master branch.
