[CSC 415] SOIL

For those of you that want to work on your home computers/laptops:

I am working on getting a version of SOIL library built in such a way
that it will become part of your repo and get built at compile time. 
I'll keep you posted.


Be aware - SOIL is pretty old, but still used in a lot of code.  As such
people have tweaked the API.  If at all possible try to stay with the
code that I will be giving you.
