[CSC 415] The Network and Extensions

Wow - after a long wait it looks like the network is finally back up.  
You should now be able to access Anvil - and I can finally get back to 
work myself.

Let's push the due date for the Proof of Concept to next Friday -- you 
all need a break.   I know that there are multiple issues waiting on me 
on Anvil.  I'm answering tons of e-mail right now and will start diving 
into the issues after that.
