[CSC 415] Gnuplot Fixed (mostly)

  I fixed the gnuplot installation on the systems in the Godsey labs 
with the exception of nodes 5 and 10 in GSC 218 and the system named 
Dock in GSC 405.  I should have those all fixed by next week (assuming 
parts come in).

Gnuplot should also be installed on cobra.
