        environment for the SOIL2 library that should be able to

        compiled and linked on any 64 bit linux using the Gnu

        compilers.  It works on Ubuntu, Redhat, CentOS, and Rocky.   I

        have some tweaking to do but if you want to work on Ubuntu I

        think I may have you set...</font><br>
