<p>To replace the class we missed today I have placed on CANVAS a
brief video to introduce you to textures and texture coordinates.
I have also put a tar file out there that contains proprietary
code from a person that I have been talking to that is working on
a textbook related OpenGL. You may use this code to help you
understand and learn how to build textures, but you may not, under
any circumstances, place the source code, or the textures from the
src directory, on any sort of public repo (like github).</p>
<p>By downloading and untarring the directory you are indicating
that you understand these stipulations.</p>
<p>To access the file, dowload it to a Unix computer then, in the
directory where the file it located, typ</p>
<p>tar -xvf introtextures.tar</p>
<p>That will expand into a directory called introtextures in which I
have added familiar components (like a local copy of tinysoil2).</p>
