<p>So I just tested my latest code (that does all of the FPS stuff
and OSD graphics) on the lab computers and it complained about
missing libraries and header files - because the code I wrote for
you uses components for OpenGL 4.6. <br>
</p>
<p>Before we can move forward on the OSD displays I will have to
either re-write my code to use older library calls or find a way
to update the OpenGL installations in the lab. This stuff works
fine on my home systems and laptop (which is using a newer version
of Linux). I have just avoided updating the drivers on the lab
systems because it breaks a lot of my GPU intensive calculation
code.</p>
<p>Sometimes you just can't win -- but I'll find a way to get us
through this.</p>
