[CSC 435] Wallclock and CPUtime examples

Hi guys,
  Just wanted to let you know that since I figured out the problems with 
interlanguage programming on Cobra, I was also able to fix the problem 
with the wallclock and cputime functions.  Please check out the following...

This should really help you make some progress on your timing results 
(and you should start to see the difference between wallclock and 
cputime with your parallel applications).
