Good evening gentlemen,
I have just about completed the rebuild of the ATLAS libraries
(serial code is done, compiling threaded code now).
Anyway, now that I have all of the ATLAS working (and working in a way
that it can be linked into your timing code)
we will spend the majority of classtime tomorrow learning how to link
all this stuff together and how to test our
code vs the ATLAS library.
We will also show you tomorrow how to prepare parallel speedup curves --
and how to use gnuplot to fit the data to Amdahl's
law.
If anybody see's John Cosky, tell him that he won't want to miss this.
