[CSC 435] Postponing things again

Hi guys,

  I really want us to spend our day working on setting up our parallel 
environment and learning how to at least invoke the parallel environment 
(there is a pretty steep learning curve).  For that reason I am going to 
push the test and project due dates to next Tuesday (that gives me a 
another day to check over some of you work and submitted projects).
