[CSC 435] Linking against the multithreaded atlas library

Here is what you need to add to your link lines to get multithreaded 
atlas execution -- note -- they use pthreads

-L/usr/local/lib64/atlas -llapack -latlas -lptf77blas -lcblas -lpthread

The final -pthread may be superfluous if you are not doing any other 
threading in your code.
