[CSC 435] Calling Conventions

Guys -- while looking at the code of one of your colleagues I noticed 
that the arguments on their call to the ils and dls were not in 
agreement with what is listed in the project description.   Please note 
-- it is IMPERATIVE that your functions have the correct arguments and 
calling conventions as I described.

To test your libraries I am basically going to call all of the functions 
from your combined library using my code.  I am following the calling 
conventions I gave you and if your code fails to run because of 
mismatched arguments then we will have an issue.
