[CSC 435] Paper Extension

Guys -- based on the e-mails I have been trading this weekend along with 
the one-on-one conversations I have had, most of you are in no way ready 
to complete the paper for the first assignment.   I will therefore give 
you a one week extension.  Let's make the due date February 23rd by 
midnight.
