[CSC 435] Parallel Baby BLAS Assignment

Guys -- the parallel BabyBlas assignment is now on the class webpage.  I 
gave this to you in paper form earlier, but wanted to make sure that you 
had it.  I did make a few minor changes.

1.  For the mvv routine, I am asking you to change the order of the 
arguments.  To be consistent with the other methods the matrix argument 
should precede the vector arguments.  The modified document reflects 
this change.

2.  I added a couple of more questions at the end to help guide you as 
you write your papers.

3.  I pushed the due date back one week.  I need to see some working 
code in the next week -- and THEN we will start concerning ourselves 
with actually building the serial, OpenMP, and pThreads code into a 
unified library.
