[CSC 435] Testing with Threaded Atlas

Guys -- the "stock" Atlas libraries that come with our distribution were 
not performing up to my expectations so I rebuilt the Atlas libraries.  
To link against the optimized libraries make the following change to the 
ATLASLIBS variable in the makefiles I provided you in the microblas.  
This is only available on zeus.

ATLASLIBS = -L/usr/local/ATLAS/lib -lptlapack -lptf77blas -lptcblas 
-latlas -lpthread


If my initial testing is correct, Atlas matrix multiply is around 15 
Gigaflops on 8 processors.
