[CSC 435] MAXIMUM THREADS

Hey -- for testing your parallel speedup lets set the maximum number of 
threads on hammer to 20.  In other words, you should never be requesting 
and using more than 20 threads in PBS or in your code.

Now, you should do MULTIPLE RUNS using the same number of threads.  For 
the sake of this exercise, I think 5 would be enough.

I'll try to put up some sample speedup graphs on Saturday.
